HCI Systems Limited have grown rapidly in recent years to become leaders in vehicle electrical systems and wiring harnesses. Experts in the design, manufacture and fitting of electrical systems for motorsports, automotive, defence and marine applications, our world-class team has over 30 years of experience designing and manufacturing wiring looms. HCI delivered over 1500 products each month in 2022, all from their purpose built base in Shropshire UK.

Mike Tickner – Director
Mike has been in the Motorsport, Automotive and Defence industries for over 25 years.
Starting out as an Apprentice Avionics Technician for RNAY Fleetlands in Gosport Hampshire, Mike then moved to BenettonF1 team in 1998 as an Electronics Technician designing and building wiring harnesses before working for Jaguar Racing as the Electronics Department Coordinator.
Mike then moved to Tyco Electronics as a Prince 2 qualified Project Manager, Managing large Electrical Wiring harness design and build programs in Land Systems and Marine Defence before moving back into Motorsport.
Sarah Tickner – Director
Sarah has worked in the Automotive and Motorsport industries for over 8 years
Sarah’s pursuance of excellence is the driving force behind HCI’s success. Sarah’s Practice Management background in the medical industry before starting HCI, has ensured a culture of Quality, Efficiency and Cleanliness throughout the team.
Sarah manages the Operations team and whilst not being technically trained in the Wiring Harness industry her ability to be able to instil ‘Quality’ in the products HCI produces and in the environment that they are produced is testament to her integrity and personal need to always learn and always strive to improve.
