HCI Systems Limited is a growing Electrical Wiring Harness manufacturer for the Motorsport, Automotive and Defence Industries and is based on the Shropshire / Staffordshire border.
HCI Systems has secured work with a number of F1 teams, LMP, GT4, GT3, World Rallycross and High performance Automotive customers. We also have some Autonomous vehicle projects.
We have vacancies for experienced and Apprentice Wiring Harness Technician’s to join our team. You will be required to build the most complex and challenging electrical wiring harnesses to our exacting standards to ensure our customer satisfaction.
The role will be mostly factory based at our newly kitted out workshops although some travel to our customer sites will be needed at some times.
You will be expected to meet build times for one offs and also be able to cope with higher volume production runs whilst never reducing quality standards.
We build using Automotive wiring harness techniques using conduit systems and Automotive wire. Motorsport wiring harness techniques using industry standard sealed System 25 and Contra-helical lays and Defence wiring harness standards.
In addition to the Low voltage systems we also build HV systems for Electric Vehicles.
We are looking for highly motivated technically minded individuals with a passion for electrical systems and the automotive / motorsport industries
